![]() Perhaps you could suggest that they look into upgrading to Fusion? The standard version should be able to do everything that their ancient Mastercam can do (probably more), and it's only $300/year. We are reaching out to let you know that Mastercam X9 will be retired with the release of Mastercam 2021 on June 1, 2020. Or you could try and find a vendor that's a little more up to date. This is a really big maybe though, so they may just have to live with it. If you have a sample model you can post here we might be able to look at it and spot some things that may be causing export issues. Use simple extrudes (with sketched circles) for holes and don't do any direct modelling commands like scaling or moving faces that might distort circles into non-circles. ![]() Unfortunately I don't think there is much you can do except try and make sure that your models are as "clean" as possible. ![]() If I remember right I ended up just drawing new circles over the holes and positioning them as close as I could. I do remember even in X2 there were models that sometimes came in with holes that you couldn't convert to circles. I learned CAM on X2 which was bad enough, but V9 might as well be punch tape at this point. OMG Mastercam 9! Just thinking about it gives me the shakes. ![]()
